Cooking Methods: To unlock the best flavor and texture, we recommend cooking our steaks to a perfect medium-rare or medium. Due to their leanness, grass-finished steaks cook faster than conventional beef, so keep a close eye on the temperature. A quick pan-sear in a cast-iron skillet, a sizzle on the grill, or a reverse sear are all excellent methods to achieve a delicious crust and a juicy, flavorful interior.

Nutritional Information: Our steaks are a fantastic source of lean protein, which is essential for building and repairing muscle. Grass-finished beef is also known for having a different fatty acid profile than grain-fed beef, often containing higher levels of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).
