A quick pan-sear in a cast-iron skillet, a sizzle on the grill, or a reverse sear are all excellent methods to achieve a delicious crust and a juicy, flavorful interior.
Nutritional Information: Our steaks are a fantastic source of lean protein, which is essential for building and repairing muscle.
