The New York strip is incredibly versatile and shines when cooked quickly over high heat. For a perfect sear and juicy interior, we recommend pan-searing in a hot cast-iron skillet or grilling over a flame. Season simply with salt and pepper to let the natural flavor of the beef take center stage.

Our beef is entirely grass-finished and is raised through regenerative methods in Western Colorado. Consequently, we have achieved the esteemed Audubon "bird-friendly" certification. Our beef is completely free of antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
Our Angus cattle thrive on native ranges and pastures, having access to a variety of forage species while enjoying the liberty to display their natural behaviors.

The steaks were lean, tender and had amazing flavor! I always thought our local grocery store beef was pretty good, but after trying these steaks I'll have a hard time going back.
The meat arrived at my house still frozen and was beautifully packaged...giving me peace of mind regarding its quality and freshness.

The Strips were great, Filets were the best I have ever had anywhere! Just knowing this beef came from our neighbors who take great care to manage their cattle and the land they call home in a responsible way means alot. The price and quality is the bonus for us!
