For the short ribs, our recommended menu applications include: plate for rib presentations; shred for sandwiches, pasta topping or gravy and BBQ sauces. A crowd favorite, known for their richness and meatiness. Flavorful, moist and tender when slow-cooked. Full of beef flavor and fall-off-the-bone tender. Grill or slow-roast for a succulent beef dish.
The short ribs cut comes from the rib primal of the cow which is situated under the front section of the backbone and used primarily for support.
