Our beef is entirely grass-finished and is raised through regenerative methods in Western Colorado. Consequently, we have achieved the esteemed Audubon "bird-friendly" certification. Our beef is completely free of antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
Our Angus cattle thrive on native ranges and pastures, having access to a variety of forage species while enjoying the liberty to display their natural behaviors.

not as impressed as we hoped we'd be. Good flavor but very tough, not well marbled and gristly. Maybe that is what rib eyes are but I dont think so. We were gonna give it another go with a new york strip but for the $ Im not sure if its one or two to a package,and dont want to be disappointed again and just figure to stick to the burger.
