Enjoy our 100% Grass-fed and finished without any antibiotics or hormones, flank steak! We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife. 

For the flank steak is lean and boneless with lots of intense beef flavor. Best when marinated and grilled or sliced thin and stir-fried. Our recommended menu applications include: Steak entrée; slice thinly and fan on plate or serve in sandwiches, salads, wraps, fajitas and tacos.

The flank steak cut comes from below the loin. The name “Flank” comes from its anatomical location, the flank area of the carcass.
