Enjoy our 100% Grass-fed and finished without any antibiotics or hormones, beef oxtail! We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife. 

Beef oxtail coming from the tail of the cow. It is also rich in collagen, a vital protein for our body's growth and repair. To prepare this decadent cut we recommend cooking it by slow cooking into a stew or braised releasing superb flavors.
