Shipping Perishables

We use top of the line industry packaging and dry ice to make sure your meat arrives in great condition. Your meat will arrive frozen. 

Delays

While our meat boxes usually arrive in 48 hours or less (sometimes in as little as 24 hours!), delays sometimes occur that are outside of our control. In the vast majority of cases, delays do not cause any spoilage.

Shipping During Holidays

Due to the unpredictability of shipping during the holidays, HLCC shipping will pause for the following dates: December 16th, 2025 - January 6th, 2026

Returns

Please contact us ASAP if you encounter a problem with your meat delivery, otherwise due to the perishable nature of our products we do not accept returns.
