Our beef is 100% grass-finished and raised using regenerative practices in Western Colorado. As such, we’ve earned the prestigious Audubon “bird-friendly” certification. Our beef will never contain any antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.

Our Angus cattle spend their lives on native range and pasture with access to dozens of forage species and the freedom to express their natural behavior.

These 1 lb. packs include 5 delicious sausage links! Inspired by the rich history of sausage making, and with the help of our processor, we’ve developed a line of sausages including this classic polish-inspired link. Also called Kielbasa, these sausages pair well with fermented or “sour” items like sauerkraut.
