Our 50 lb Variety Box is a great bulk option for small families and will provide well over a months worth of nutritious meals. You will need a little extra freezer space but we promise our beef is worth it! We always try to switch up the cuts you get so each box is a little different with a mix of go to staples and quick meal options.
Our beef is entirely grass-finished and is raised through regenerative methods in Western Colorado. Consequently, we have achieved the esteemed Audubon "bird-friendly" certification. Our beef is completely free of antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
Our Angus cattle thrive on native ranges and pastures, having access to a variety of forage species while enjoying the liberty to display their natural behaviors.
What's inside: Each box is a perfect mix for any home cook, featuring a generous 50% ground beef for burgers and tacos, 20% premium steaks for a special dinner, 20% flavorful roasts for slow-cooked perfection, and a 10% selection of specialty items to surprise and delight you.

Absolutely LOVE this beef. I wasn’t convinced on adds alone, as I live in Oklahoma and the beef here is second to none… I have been proven wrong!! I buy locally in Oklahoma as well, and will always support the ranches here too. But I will also be buying from this ranch as well!! I love that the grassfed beef is so fatty and flavorful. I will say the grassfed in Oklahoma loses this war. Thanks, Anna for taking extra good care of me!! Me and my family thanks you!! In fact, tonight is burger night!
