Our 50 lb Variety Box is our second smallest bulk option. You will need a little extra freezer space but we promise our beef is worth it! HLR beef is 100% grass-fed, raised on a diverse diet of grasses, wildflower, shrubs, and more! That means more vitamins and minerals in every bite. Don't forget that we use bird friendly practices, earning us the Audubon Conservation Ranching verification. Our beef is good for you, the planet, and the producers (us!).

Steaks- 8-9 lbs
Roasts- 9-11 lbs
Stew Meat- 2 lbs
Short Ribs or Oxtail- 2 lbs
Ground beef- 25 lbs

Absolutely LOVE this beef. I wasn’t convinced on adds alone, as I live in Oklahoma and the beef here is second to none… I have been proven wrong!! I buy locally in Oklahoma as well, and will always support the ranches here too. But I will also be buying from this ranch as well!! I love that the grassfed beef is so fatty and flavorful. I will say the grassfed in Oklahoma loses this war. Thanks, Anna for taking extra good care of me!! Me and my family thanks you!! In fact, tonight is burger night!
