Beef Liver

Enjoy our 100% Grass-fed and finished without any antibiotics or hormones, beef liver! We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife. 

Beef Liver contains plenty of protein, iron, and B vitamins. It's also one of the best animal-based sources of vitamin A. To prepare this intensely flavored cut we recommend cooking it by pan-seared, baked, braised, grilled or made into pate or liverwurst.
