Enjoy our 100% Grass-fed and finished without any antibiotics or hormones, beef brisket! We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife. 

For the beef brisket, our recommended menu applications include: Slice thin for sandwiches, salads and BBQ; cure and simmer for corned beef; shred for tacos, fajitas, pasta topping. This the animal's breast plate which is used for movement. An ideal cut for cooking low and slow-on the barbecue or in a slow-cooker.
