Sirloin Tip

Enjoy our 100% Grass-fed and finished without any antibiotics or hormones, sirloin tip steak! We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife. 

For the sirloin tip steak, our recommended menu applications include: Steak entrée; slice thinly for salads, sandwiches, stir-fry, small-plate and "steak flight" applications. This boneless, lean cut is great value. Makes good Kabobs, Stew Meat or Cubed Steak. 

The sirloin tip steak cut comes from the round primal of the cow which home to lean, inexpensive cuts that come from the rump and hind legs. The muscles in this area are used for movement, so the beef is leaner.
