HLR beef is 100% grass-fed, raised on a diverse diet of grasses, wildflower, shrubs, and more! That means more vitamins and minerals in every bite. Don't forget that we use bird friendly practices, earning us the Audubon Conservation Ranching verification. Our beef is good for you, the planet, and the producers (us!).
We try to give the most variety possible with each order but exact contents are dependent on inventory availability. This option will fit in a standard freezer.

Steaks- 3-4 lbs
Roasts- 2-4 lbs
Misc- 2-4 lbs (Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Ox Tail, Soup Bones, etc.)

This is some of the best beef I've had! And the free delivery to the Mesa County area is awesome!
The second time my order was shipped, it arrived frozen. I am only one state away, and yet it took 4 days. I recommend only ordering when the weather forecasts very cold temperatures.
