We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife. We pride ourselves in offering a no-stress field harvest where our butcher comes to the ranch to harvest the animal in the field. This means no stress from transporting. Our butcher can also accommodate low histamine diets by cutting and freezing your beef within hours.

For the flat iron steak, our recommended menu applications include: center of the plate steak; slice into strips for stir-fry, skewers, salads, sandwiches and fajitas, Extremely tender, well-marbled and flavorful and great for grilling. 

The flat iron steak cut comes from square-cut chuck primal of the cow which comes from the shoulder area and yields cuts known for their rich, beefy flavor.
