Sirloin Steak

Enjoy our 100% Grass-fed and finished without any antibiotics or hormones, sirloin steak! We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife. We pride ourselves in offering a no-stress field harvest where our butcher comes to the ranch to harvest the animal in the field. This means no stress from transporting. Our butcher can also accommodate low histamine diets by cutting and freezing your beef within hours.

For the sirloin steak, our recommended menu applications include: Steak entrée; slice for sandwiches, salads, wraps and bowls. A great value steak. Grill after marinating. 

The sirloin steak cut comes from the top sirloin primal which is home to popular fabricated cuts but is first separated into the Top Sirloin Butt and Bottom Sirloin Butt.
