We pride ourselves in offering a no-stress field harvest where our butcher comes to the ranch to harvest the animal in the field. This means no stress from transporting. Our butcher can also accommodate low histamine diets by cutting and freezing your beef within hours.

The chuck roast cut comes from the square-cut chuck primal of the cow which is from the shoulder area and yields cuts known for their rich, beefy flavor.
