We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife. We pride ourselves in offering a no-stress field harvest where our butcher comes to the ranch to harvest the animal in the field. This means no stress from transporting. Our butcher can also accommodate low histamine diets by cutting and freezing your beef within hours.

Our beef chorizo is the perfect compliment to any rice, potato, or vegetable dish, or throw into a tortilla for an easy taco dinner. The flavor is delicious and will elevate any dish.
