Enjoy our 100% Grass-fed and finished without any antibiotics or hormones, beef tongue! We are Audubon 'bird friendly' certified meaning we raise our cattle using regenerative grazing practices to regenerate our western slope ecosystem, build soil, and ensure healthy livestock and wildlife.

Beef tongue is rich in immune-boosting vitamins and minerals, including iron, zinc, choline, and high in Vitamin B12. To prepare this decadent cut we recommend cooking it by pan-seared or slow cooking  You can eat this tasty meat on its own or use it in tacos, burritos, and other dishes.
